Toll Free being forwarded to X-Lite or other Soft Phone
Clients need three pieces of information in order for their softphone to work, UserID, Password and Registration Server (sometimes written as Domain/URL)

For forwarding calls to extension:
UserID: 866999555_257 (<LineNo>) Password: extension pin Registration Server: 220.127.116.11 ON Support Select VOIP Phone AS type and Select Toll Free DIDXExt as your Ring to Number. So for example: 866999555x257
Sip Trunking: Select Option “Sip Trunking” on Support site in Ring to Number and Enter LineNo with Clients’ IP address. e.g. email@example.com And clients should enable 18.104.22.168/221/231/233 on their side

Please get the clients server’s physical address and put it on the memo on the client. This is important. If we see calls coming from a different location, we would block it.
