How to route some calls without greeting and route other calls with greeting?

  1. Go to the page: Incoming Rules  (Please log in to Callture support site for the link to work)
  2. This is an advanced section, if you are not comfortable please call customer service
  3. Click on Add new incoming rules
  4. The rules are applied in ascending order from rule one.  If you want to create a rule at the top, click the plus symbol.
  5. Under new rules, you can control if you want to play the greeting based on who called and when they call.
    1. When:  you can select from the drop down or add a new schedule.  For new schedule, just create the name and once the rule is created, you can click on the new schedule and update it
    2. Who: you can select from the drop down or add a new caller group.   For new caller group, just create the name and once the rule is created, you can click on the new caller group and update it
    3. Go to IVR:  This is where the greeting is set up.  You can either select from the drop down or add a new IVR (interactive voice response).   For new IVR (greeting), just create the name and once the rule is created, you can click on the new IVR and update the greeting.
