1. How to find the IP Address

 

  Press OK then go to Status

 

 

 

 

2. How to access the phone through Web Interface

 

   When you have the IP Address of the phone, type it in a web browser on a computer which is under the same network as  the phone is.

 

3. How to Autoprovision

  

      Once logged in to the Web interface, go to Phone on the top Menu then go          to Auto Provisioning and enter the url "http://phone.fibrehub.com"

 

   

   or if you have a different firmware then you can click on Upgrade then type in 

   the same url.

 

 

 

 After typing the url click on Auto Provision and Confirm.

 

4. How to Provision phone manually.

  Log in to the Web Interface and click on Account from the top menu then choose

   the correct Account that you want to work on. Make sure that the Line Active

   is switched to Enabled. Then enter the Register Name, User Name,

 

    Password and Server Host which will be provided. Then click on Confirm

 

5. How to Reset to Factory Settings

 

    Click on Settings on the top menu then click on Upgrade on the left panel

    then click on the Reset to Factory.

 

 

6. How to change Date and Time.

     

      Click on Phone  on the top menu then click on Preference. Make sure you

      click on Confirm to save.

 

 

7. How to transfer calls

      

       Blind Transfer 

       1. Press Tran soft key during a call.
       2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.
       3. Press the Tran soft key to complete the transfer.
       Then the call is connected to the number to which you are transferring.

       Semi Attended Transfer

       1. Press  the Tran soft key during a call.
       2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.
       3. Press OK or #  to dial out.
       4. Press  the Tran soft key to complete the transfer when receiving the                    ringback.

 

       Attended Transfer

       1. Press the Tran soft key during a call.
       2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.
       3. Press OK or #  to dial out.
       4. After the party answers the call, press or the Tran soft key to complete                the transfer.
