Porting a Tollfree number to Callture

To transfer an existing toll-free number to Callture you need to submit a transfer form  or (LOA).When submitting a Toll Free port in request please ensure the following information is provided in the LOA: (LOA ATTACHED)

 -Account number/Id 

-Order Sign Date

-Type of Change

- Number(s) to be ported

-Current provider name: ie: AT&T, Bell, Verizon etc.

- Forwarding Number

-Initial on the correct field.

- Order sign date and signature: Date when the LOA is signed

-End user name/company name: (As shown in the bill copy)

-Service address: (As shown in the bill copy)


Additional documents:

- Bill Copy should be not  older than 60 days. If the bill copy is not available, please provide the CSR (customer service record). This is the information the current provider will have for the number to be transferred.
- Please email the documents to resporg@callture.com or fax it to 702-789-0148
- LOA can also be upload it online during the sign up process

Processing times for Toll Free porting process is 7-15 business days. Updates will be provided during the process
