Quick Start Guide for New Users(Admin) to Callture for Virtual Pbx and Business Phone Users

 

 

This guide is designed to help you with basic setup of your account.

1)How to log into online account using your user access.

After creating an account with Callture you will automatically be receiving a welcome email from us that has your log-in details.

 

 

 Please log-in on this link using your log-in details - https://support.callture.net/

 

 

 

Once signed in, your online account must look like this

 

 

2.How to record your Welcome (initial) and voicemail greeting.

 Initial/Welcome greetings will be the first greeting to play before it forward the calls to your destination/routing number/s.

 

Instructions on how to customize/modify your initial greetings:

1. - Click on Main Settings
2. Click on Welcome Greetings (sub menu),you'll see your 3 main greetings for your account (Holiday/Vacations ,Office Hours and After Hours).

3. By clicking your Customize button and you'll see three options on how to modify it.

 

3.1 Record Over the phone- Simply follow the instructions given.

 

 3.2 Upload- You can upload your own message online.

 

3.3 Order Custom Greeting - Our voice artist will do it for you for a one time fee in which we have 3 templates available.

 

If you want to add a sub-level greeting,please follow the instructions below:

1.  Click on Main Settings.

2. Click on Advance Settings.

3. On the right side you'll see Summary box,click on Greetings.

4.You'll see your existing Initial greetings and Add New Greetings button.

5. Still on Summary box,proceed by clicking IVR Settings.This is where you can set-up your incoming call rules for your initial and sub-level greetings.

 

 

To set-up your voice mail message,please follow the instructions below:

 

1. Go to Extensions.

2. Click on Enabled/Disabled/Forced on the extension you want to set-up.

 

3. After clicking Enabled/Disabled/Forced button, you'll see three options on how to modify it.

3.1 Record Over the phone- Simply follow the instructions given.

 3.2 Upload- You can upload your own message online.

3) How to access your voicemail (from phone and externally).

 

To access voice mail for Pbx or Callture Business phone packages you have 3 options :

 

1. Notify on Email - You can play messages right through your email in which you have 3 notification type  : Do not notify,Email with attachment and Email without  attachment.

 

2. Access VM online- Click on  Messages to play and delete messages.

 

3. Access Vm via phone -Simply follow the instructions given. Instructions are available by clicking Enabled/Disabled/Forced button then choose Access Vm via phone tab.

 

 

 4) How to update their email address to receive vm on their email.

1. Go to Extensions.

2. Click on Enabled/Disabled/Forced on the extension you want to change the email.

3. After clicking Enabled/Disabled/Forced button, you'll see this page.

 

5) How to record your name for company directory.

 

For recording voice mail name over the phone for your dial by name directory,please follow the instructions below:

1) On the phone press *98.

2) Press 0 for Mail Box option.

3) Press 3 to record your name.

4) Record your name and press # once you are done.

5) Press 2 to Listen to it.

6) Press 1 to accept it.

 

 

 6) How to transfer call.

 NoteGrandstream phones call transfer process is  "custom". 

Blind Transfer 

1. Press Tran soft key during a call.
2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.
3. Press the Tran soft key to complete the transfer.Then the call is connected to the number to which you are transferring.

Semi Attended Transfer

1. Press  the Tran soft key during a call.
2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.
3. Press OK or #  to dial out.
4. Press  the Tran soft key to complete the transfer when receiving the ringback.

 Attended Transfer

1. Press the Tran soft key during a call.
2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.
3. Press OK or #  to dial out.
4. After the party answers the call, press or the Tran soft key to complete the transfer. 

 

7) How to log into the UC.

Please log-in on this link using your log-in details - https://support.callture.net/

1. Log-in using this link -  https://presence.callture.net/?## .

 

 

2. Once Log-in, your screen must look like this.

 

 

8) How to download and use the app.

 

This app is downloadable and designed  to make phone calls from your cell phone with your business phone callerid. It works with Callture business phone service. With this service, phone calls to your businss number can be forwarded to your cell phone. And with this app, you can callback with your business number. You will see missed calls and business.This is available for Android (Google Play) and Iphone (iTunes) user.

 

1. Download and install the app.

Note:  There is another app called Callture, you need to download Callture dialer.

 

or from Google play if you are using chrome.  Please note there are other apps labeled Callture phone.  You need to download the app named just Callture.

 

2. Login,Register and activate.Please log into your online  account and follow the instructions below:

2.1 Click on Account Info.

2.2 Click on User Access.

3.3  Find the specific extension where you want to set up the Callture App and under App Access  click on the Disable link.

 

 

3.4 Pop-out box will show and asked you to enter necessary information. Enter your cellphone number,select the outgoing call caller ID ( you can select to show the line number, the line & extension number, or just to show the cellphone number) and you can also enable incoming calls to ring through the app to your specific extension.Hit Save not Save & Send.

 

3.5 Please go to app and enter your cellphone number and click on activate.

   

3.6  Once you activate, it will ask you for a pin number ( you will receive a text message with the number number. Once you enter the pin you will be logged in.

 

 4.  Once you log in you can start making outgoing calls.
