How to obtain IP

To determine the IP address of the base station is to work from one of the handsets.

  1. Press 'End call' (red button) until you're back on the home screen.

  2. Press 'Ok'.

  3. Select 'Status' (the icon with a blue circle and the letter "i" in the middle)  and press 'Ok'.

  4. Select 'Base' and press 'Ok'.

  5. The phone will show IP: and the IP address.

 

How to Factory reset  via the  GUI

  • Go to the Upgrade tab; under Basic press the Reset button beside Reset to Factory                                                                                                           

When a window pops up verifying if you want to Reset to Factory; click OK to confirm and complete the process.

 NOTE: Reset of your phone may take a few minutes; please wait for the process to finish before doing anything.

 

How to Auto-provision

Before configuring the phone to be auto provisioned, the following must have been completed.

a) If you are connecting to a voip phone through a web interface, please make sure that the computer is on the same network as the phone.

 b) Try to do auto provisioning by following the procedure below and rebooting the phone. If that does not work, you can set up the phone manually by following the article on manually configuring the phones.

Log into the phone's web UI (using the phone's IP address).

 

1. Click on Phone.

2. Choose Auto Provision.

3. Custom Option (128~254) must be empty

4. Server URL  - http://phone.fibrehub.com

5. Check New Config - On 

6. Confirm.

7. Reboot.

 

How to transfer calls

 

Blind Transfer 

1. Press the Options soft key during a call,and select Blind Transfer.

2.Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.

3.Press the Transfer soft key.

 

Semi-Attended Transfer

1. Press the Options soft key during a call, and select Transfer.

2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to

3. Press the  Call or the OK key to dial out.

4. Press the Transfer soft key when you hear the ring-back tone.

 

Attended Transfer

1. Press the Options soft key during a call,and select Transfer.

2.Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.

3.Press the Transfer soft key after the call is answered.
