Quick Start Guide for New Users to Callture for $4.95 Users

 

This guide is designed to help you with basic setup of your account.

 

1)How to log into online account using your user access.

1)How to log into online account using your user access.

After creating an account with Callture you will automatically be receiving a welcome email from us that has your log-in details.

 

 

 Please log-in on this link using your log-in details - https://support.callture.net/

 

 

 

Once signed in, your online account must look like this

 

 

2) How to change your routing #.

 1. Go to Main Settings.

 2. Proceed to General Settings.

 3. Under Ring To Number,enter the phone # where you want to route your calls to and hit Save Changes.

3)How to record your voicemail greeting.

 

1. Go to Main Settings.

2. Proceed to General Settings -Voice Mail Settings.

3. On More Options button and you'll see three options on how to modify it.

 3.1 Record Over the phone- Simply follow the instructions given.

 3.2 Upload- You can upload your own message online.

 3.3 Order Custom Greeting - Our voice artist will do it for you for a one time fee in which we have 3 templates available.

 

4) How to access your voicemail (from phone and externally).

1. Notify on Email - You can play messages right through your email in which you have 3 notification type  : Do not notify,Email with attachment and Email without  attachment.

2. Access VM online- You can access your messages  under HOME page and play messages.

3. Access Vm via phone -Simply follow the instructions given. Instructions are available on Main Settings - More Options - Access Vm via phone.

 

5) How to update their email address to receive vm on their email.

Still on  Main Settings- Voicemail Settings.

6) How to access your call logs .

 1. Go to Home Page.

 2. Under Recent Calls,click on View More at the bottom  right part.

 3. Another page will appear wherein you can sort your line #,extension and/or date.

7) How to update your Account Info.

  1. Go to Account Info.

  2. Click on Edit and update necessary info.

 3.  Hit Save afterwards.

 

Please note each page has a help on the right top corner. Click it to enable help for each and every field on that page. Just put your mouse over to get help.
